RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days or refunded within 7 working days of receipt, provided you have the original invoice and the product is unworn, re-saleable, and in its original box (custom jewellery, worn items, special orders, and pierced earrings are excluded unless faulty). We'll exchange genuine defects but not normal wear and tear, refunds are issued via the original payment method, and returns containing diamonds over R5,000 are subject to a certified diamond test.

Orders can be cancelled by emailing info@thediamondbox.co.za before midnight the day prior to delivery, after which cancellation fees may apply. You remain liable for the full purchase price if payment fails or your card becomes invalid, and we reserve the right to cancel any sale that breaches these terms.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery, while we retain ownership until payment is received in full. Contact us for any questions related to refunds and returns.

We are based in South Africa, delivering Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with orders typically arriving five to seven working days after dispatch (twelve to fourteen working days for resizing or made-to-order items). For international shipping, please email info@thediamondbox.co.za for details on rates and delivery times.

On delivery, you or your authorised representative will sign a delivery note and may be asked for ID, while a detailed tax invoice covering price, delivery fees, VAT, and payment will follow by email. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a notice and attempt to arrange a new delivery or collection time, and an additional delivery fee may apply.

Our liability for delivery delays is limited to re-delivery at an agreed time at no extra charge, and all delivery arrangements are outsourced to third-party providers, for whom we accept no liability to the extent permitted by law.
